Trifun Bombas

Synopsis:
This is a story about Trifun Matic from the village of Binovce in South Serbia who has been trying for years to dig up an unexploded bomb out of his yard, the one NATO has entrusted him with. While cubic metres of earth are getting bigger and discontent and fear of neighbours culminate, old Trifun carries on with his battle. The loss of life has stopped worrying him a long time ago because, he says, he has nothing to lose any more.

About the director:
Sladjan Stojanovic was born in 1972 in Vranje. He is a graduated mass media manager, he works as a correspondent for RTS in Vranje. He recorded many reports, cover stories and shows which were broadcast on RTS channels. He directed several documentaries, which were presented at many international festivals and reviews of documentary film. He is the organiser of the international documentary films review Dokument held in Vranje. He is a participant of the First Review of the RTS Reportage held in Vranje.
