An examination of a dwindling German myth: the forest. The audience is led through green spaces formed by man, artificial "forests" and remnants of primeval forests.

About the director:
Director Jörn Staeger, born in 1965 in Berlin, works as cameraman, director, storyboard artist and painter. He has been producing his own films since 1979, since 2003 he teaches at HfbK Hamburg.
