A story about guilt and revenge, among lowlife in Vienna and rural Austria. Alex is a driver and a footboy for Konechny who owns a bordello. Alex has an affair with one of the bordello’s protégé, Tamara from Ukraine. Their romance is not the only thing that connects them, but also their common wish to get out of the current situation. They find the cause when Konechny allows one of his underground co-workers to brutally take advantage of Tamara.

Born in Wels in 1961, grew up in Vienna. Starts writing and directing while still in school. In 2006 he is awarded the Upper Austrian State Prize for Culture in the category of film.
