Up to 10.000 bucks – deadline moved to April 10

Due to the great interest, Cinema City festival has moved the deadline for applying for Up to 10.000 bucks selection. Anyone wishing to apply can do so until April 10. The application form can be found at www.cinemacity.org/do10000/. The winner of this selection will also receive prize money in the amount of $2000.

„Up to 10 000 bucks“ selection is one of Cinema City’s most attractive selections. Each year this selection discovers new talents and provides them with an opportunity of getting ahead in the film industry. Authors of the chosen films from all over the world will be guests of the festival, and will have the opportunity to meet each other and further educate themselves in the field, through numerous workshops and master classes held by prominent filmmakers.

The program selector is Srdjan Koljevic, the director of The Woman With a Broken Nose, last year’s Grand Prix winner for the best domestic film. Films applying should not be older than 2009, and can include all genres – short films, documentaries, feature films, all are welcome.
