“I am truly looking forward to this year’s Up to 10,000 Bucks programme. Film technique has changed quite a bit in the last couple of years, which influenced the language of film and new forms of expression. I can’t wait to see the films, since this call gives us full insight into how young people across the globe function inside the world of low-budget films. I consider these films as an exhilarating journey across Earth and beyond,” said Dina Vuković, programme coordinator.
