After debut black humor comedy and great cinema hit called Mrtav ‘ladan from 2002, Potera za sreć(k)om (2005) followed. Again, after three years, the third creation by director and screenplay writer Milinković, called Čitulja za Escobara (Obituary for Escobar) appeared. The genre accent is again on comedy. Čitulja za Escobara (Obituary for Escobar) is going to be shown in National Class Selection.
The protagonist is Aca Gandi, a criminal who jeopardizes his “call” the moment he kills Serbian Escobar. A bizarre and complicated plot begins when two idle marginals, Deki and Baki publish an obituary for the real, Columbian Escobar. It all gets more complicated, and the police start an investigation. Gandi, above all, finally meets a girl of his dreams, mysterious Lela, not knowing the time has come for atoning the mistakes from the past…
