National Class premieres continue to delight audience of the Festival

Last night’s premiere from National Class selection was another success. Fully packed Pera Dobrinovic Hall at Serbian National Theatre enjoyed the premiere of Srdjan Koljevic’s “The Woman with a Broken Nose”. The quality of the film was acknowledged by audience’s reactions, which we recorded after the screening. In festival atmosphere, with applause and ovations audience greeted this amazing film crew. Talking with audience we found that special charm to the whole experience of attending film premieres from National Class is greatly due to the attendance of film crews, their bowing in front of the audience, a chance to greet favorite actors and award their work and talent with a thundering applause, which could be heard last night at Serbian National Theatre.

We will select only few of the comments we recorded last night, after the screening, as the best possible recommendation to those who missed last night’s premiere of “The Woman with the Broken Nose”, so that they can attend today’s repeat screening at 18:00h. A small part of last night’s atmosphere can be perceived through visitors’ comments: “This film is spectacular! A truly superb cast. It was so great seeing them all and greeting them on stage. All compliments to the actors!”, “Glogovac is unsurpassed, great!”, “All of you who missed, go see it tomorrow!”, “Next to “Besa” this is my favorite film, Manojlovic and Glogovac are splendid!”…

Today we’ll see the last two premieres from National Class selection. Predrag Velinovic’s “Motel Nana” will be screened at Serbian National Theatre, beginning at 20:30h and Srdjan Spasojevic’s controversial achievement “A Serbian Film”.
