Call for Up to 10,000 Bucks successfully closed

The call for participation in the programme of the low-budget film selection, Up to 10,000 bucks, which was open from April 3-21, received over 200 applications from the region, Australia, Holland, the USA, Japan, Iran, Israel, France, Taiwan, Germany, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, etc. India submitted as many as ten films, no doubt incentivized after the last year’s Ibis award for the best film in the Up to 10,000 Bucks selection went to the Indian film Stray Dogs, directed by Atanu Mukherjee.

"We would like to thank all the authors for the interest they have shown in our selection and wish them great success in their endeavours”, said Dina Vuković, programme coordinator. The final selection for the Up to 10,000 Bucks programme, which will be screened at this year’s Cinema City, will be announced by the end of the month at the official website of the festival.
