Christmas is approaching and the atmosphere is getting strange as residents of a small town are melancholically thinking about the revolution which rumbled through their city and ended communist regime sixteen years ago.
The protagonists are a history teacher who doesn't want to lose his entire salary for paying his debts, an old retiree who is preparing to spend another Christmas alone, and the owner of the local TV station who doesn't seem very interested in coming holidays. The time has come for him and his friends to face the 16-year-old historical question - Did a revolution take place in their city at all?
