Synopsis:
Hungary 1946. The Hungarian policeman Sándor must displace his foster father, the Hungarian-German farmer Michael and his wife from their old traditional farm. Between his deep connections and his duty, he tries to carry out the deportation as gently as possible. But Michaels refusal to leave his country, leads ultimately to a tragic end.
Biography:
Nora worked for film festivals and was board member of the independent film school filmArche. There she organized international youth projects and directed several short films. She was trained as an acting coach just before she started studying directing at Film Academy Baden-Württemberg.
