Awards

In 2016, a special recognition, Award for Outstanding Contribution to the National Cinema, went to Lazar Ristovski. “First of all, I want to thank all of you who gathered in such large numbers and delivered such a wonderful response, for giving us inspiration to keep this festival running with enthusiasm and love. I would also like to thank the film authors and our guests for their undivided support and trust,” Festival  Programme Director Milan Stojanović said at the Ceremony.

The Youth Jury, a group of young and talented high school students from Novi Sad awarded the prize for the best film to Native Immigration by a Scottish director Eric Romero. 

The Audience Award winner, decided by voting after the film screenings, was the film Burn Burn Burn, by the talented British director Chanya Button.
