Based on true events that shook California's system of foster care. An atypical story of a defeatist, suicidal teen Austin,15 who finds a friend in a 9 year old victim of sexual abuse. Together, they go AWOL from the restrains of a group home facility. What emerges is a study of the sensibility of at-risk kids confined in a broken system, ostracized by the society.

Varun Chopra is a 23 year old filmmaker from New Delhi, India. His passion lies in telling niche stories about subjects that dwell on the fringes of the society.
