Award-winning director Maja Miloš, selector for Up to 10,000 bucks selection for the year 2013, chose the total of 31 achievements as part of the aforementioned film programme of the Cinema City festival. The films Miloš chose vary in genre – feature, documentary, animated and experimental, and each one is an exciting testimony to how important creativity and originality are during filmmaking.
This selection presents films shot with a budget of less than 10,000 bucks, and this year we’ll get a chance to see accomplishments produced with budgets that ranged from 0$ to 10,000S. The interest for this selection keeps growing, especially among the young. This year the Festival will screen films from Serbia, Croatia, Russia, Poland, Germany, Hungary, Montenegro, Jordan, Belgium, etc.
