The main festival location in 2010 will be Arena Cineplex, located in the city centre.Completely new, it is one of the best cinemas in Southeast Europe. It has 5 halls equipped with the latest technology as well as a one of a kind Dolby 3D hall in Serbia. It has 1000 seats and all the commodities such as a cafe, a restaurant and a press centre.
Arena Cineplex will be the central location for film premieres of the three main competitive selections of Cinema City festival. Authors and actors from domestic and foreign competitive films will be walking on the red carpet.
Katolicka porta open-air
Katolicka porta is the most beautiful open-air location of the festival in the city centre. The cinema is roofed and has 800 seats. The most attractive films of the festivals are shown at Katolicka porta and the audience has the chance to greet and meet authors and actors after projection.
Dunavski park open air
Dunavski park is the most attractive location of the festival. The open-air cinema has 2000 seats and audience that doesn’t mind standing or sitting in the grass. The best creations of 14 film selections of Cinema City festival are shown at Dunavski park.
Petrovaradin Fortress - Drive-in Cinema
For the first time in the region, a drive-in cinema will be started at Cinema City festival 2010. The Drive-in Cinema will be located at Petrovaradin Fortress, at the same place where Exit’s Main stage is situated every year in July. With attractive film programme, a unique location and capacity for 450 cars, the Drive-in Cinema will be presenting an exceptional innovation of the festival in 2010.
Art Cinema Vojvodina
Located at SPENS with a comfortable hall and high-quality cinema equipment that is up to all standards of film picture and sound.
Pozoriste mladih - Youth Theatre
It is a unique place for children’s programme of the festival. The best film for children will be shown in two adapted halls during the day while at evenings there will be shown one of the festival’s favourite programme - New Latino. 
Trg Slobode - Festival’s centre
In 2010, the festival’s centre will be at Trg Slobode, the central square of the city. It will contain Press Centre, Cinema Café, Box Office, Cinema Market and New Media Expo.
